Purpose of the Privacy Policy

The Company respects your privacy and is committed to making the utmost efforts to protect it. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is, among other things, to explain the Company’s practices regarding the privacy of its customers, and how it uses the information provided to it by the Website’s users or collected by it, including as part of the provision of its services.


The Company will use the details provided by you in accordance with the provisions of any law, including the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and in accordance with the consents and approvals granted by you, as well as in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.


The Privacy Policy detailed in this document constitutes a binding and enforceable legal agreement between you and the Company. Therefore, you are requested to read the Privacy Policy very carefully.


The use of the Website constitutes explicit and unconditional consent to everything stated in this Privacy Policy, including consent to the uses the Company makes of the Personal and Statistical Information (as defined below) received and collected by it, and consent to the transfer of the Personal and Statistical Information to third parties under the conditions specified in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the way the Company operates, we ask that you do not make any use of the Website and the services offered on it.


The Website and the services offered on it are intended for adults over the age of 18. Information regarding a minor under the age of 18 must not be transferred to the Company without obtaining the prior written consent of their parent or legal guardian. Furthermore, no action shall be performed by a minor under the age of 18 without first obtaining the written consent of their parent or legal guardian to perform such action.


The Company will take all reasonable steps to secure the information provided by you. However, it is clarified that the Company cannot secure its information and communication systems with perfect security against unauthorized intrusions and prohibited use by third parties. Therefore, the Company shall not bear any liability, direct or indirect, in cases of disclosure and use of the information provided by you on the Website resulting, directly or indirectly, from unauthorized intrusions by others or as a result of acts and/or omissions that are not under the Company’s control.

Types of Information

The Privacy Policy applies to two distinct types of information. “Personal Information” is the totality of data that may, by itself or when combined, be used to identify a person, including first and last name, residential/mailing address, email address, date of birth, gender, age, and any other personal detail you provide to the Company when using the services via the Website and/or phone.


Unlike Personal Information, “Statistical Information” is information containing various data that does not identify you and cannot lead to your exposure or the discovery of the data source. The Statistical Information collected may include information about your browsing habits on the Website, the pages you visited, the geographical location of the computer from which you connected to the Website, the IP address used to connect to the Website, etc. The Statistical Information collected by the Website is kept separate from your Personal Information, and the Company’s use of it differs from its use of Personal Information, all as detailed below.

Provision and Collection of Information

The Personal Information you voluntarily provided to the Company will be stored in the Company’s database (hereinafter: “the Database”). When providing Personal Information to the Company, you must ensure that you provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading details. Please note that you are not obligated to provide the said Personal Information, but be aware that without it, the Company and the Website will not be able to provide you with the requested services, including contacting you to provide the services. Should there be any changes to the Personal Information you provided to the Website, you may update the data.


Every person is entitled to inspect, either by themselves, or through a representative authorized in writing, or through their legal guardian, the Personal Information held about them in the Database. The Company will allow inspection of the Personal Information in the Hebrew language. A person who has inspected their Personal Information and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, may contact the Company with a request to amend or delete the Personal Information.

Use of Information

The Company will use the Personal Information you provided and/or the Statistical Information collected by it to provide the various services and/or products on the Website, and to modify and improve the content, services, and/or products on the Website so that they suit the nature of the users, including your specific preferences, as reflected by analyzing the Statistical Information collected by the Company regarding the users’ usage habits.

The Company will use the Personal Information you provided to contact you when necessary, and/or, if you gave your consent by ticking (V) the designated box, to occasionally send you newsletters and/or messages via email and/or SMS according to the details you provided during registration, including various notices and/or advertisements, whether on behalf of the Company or on behalf of third parties (“Advertising Material”). Ticking the designated box, as well as your continued use of the Website and your agreement to this Policy, constitute consent to receive Advertising Material in accordance with the provisions of Section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. Please note that, subject to the provisions of the law, you may choose at any time to cease receiving such Advertising Material by deleting your details from the Website’s mailing list. Disclosure of Information to a Third Party

Personal Information – The Company will not transfer your Personal Information to third parties except in one of the following cases:



  • If the Company requested your permission, and you gave your explicit consent, such as approval to send Advertising Material regarding third parties, etc.;

  • If the disclosure of Personal Information is to authorized employees of the Company and/or its representatives and/or those acting on its behalf, and it is to the extent necessary and essential for the provision of services and the operation of the Website;
